Bulk up on fruits and vegetables. These are the most healthy food you can eat plus their low in fat and low in calories as long as you don’t slather them in butter. The fiber will help you feel fuller and aid digestion and these foods are full of enzymes, vitamins and minerals that are vital to your health.

Cut the sugar and sodium. Both of these are found a lot in commercial junk foods and you should cut all processed foods out anyway for your health. Both sugar and salt are pretty bad for you - not only will they make you stay fat they’ll ruin your health in the long run.
Tip No 5
Go organic! organic foods are the healthiest for you because they don’t contain any chemicals or pesticides plus they usually made with all healthy stuff. Try eating organics fruits, vegetables and juices as well as breads and even meat and eggs. While organic food doesn’t have anything special and it can help you lose weight, it will make you healthier and that in itself might help you to resist the temptation of high calorie desserts.
