When I first started low carb many years ago, I was under the impression that all I could eat was meat and green leafy vegetables. You can imagine it didn’t take long for me to get bored and and start “cheating”. My weight loss stopped and I soon gave up.
Over the years I have searched for other low carb foods, both natural foods and pre-made and pre-packaged foods, and have discovered a large variety of foods that most people will be able to eat and still stay low carb.
