There is no big mystery to low carb weight loss. The facts are simple; reduce the amount of “bad” carbs you eat and you will lose weight. At the same time, increase the amount of “good” carbs you eat and you won’t feel hungry and be tempted back to those “bad” carbs.

So, what is the difference between “good” and “bad” carbs?
